Leading any kind of revolutionary existence in a world that is dreadfully counter-revolutionary can be difficult, tiresome, and lonely, not to mention thankless. That said, your time and energy are yours to spend as you see fit. Should you choose to create a better world, the resources for change are abundant, and there are many networks and communities of concerned citizens to share the weight and make the experience more rewarding. But there's a catch: you have to make the effort. Here's a painfully incomplete list of resources and organizations that may put you on a track that works for you. (We'll be adding to the list as needed.) There are book publishers for self-education (the best kind!), news media, leading radical thinkers, anti-war organizations, corporate watchdogs, and a handful of other gems that exist in the best tradition of radicalism. Don't take our collective word for it, though, keep your bullshit detectors on!
Here are some encouraging words of wisdom (as usual) from my main man Noam Chomsky:
"On this issue of human freedom, if you assume that there's no hope, you guarantee that there will be no hope. If you assume that there is an instinct for freedom, there are opportunities to change things, et cetera, there's a chance you may contribute to making a better world. That's your choice."
Remember, darlings: Oswald loves you. You should love you, too.
